SCREENED PATIO REMODEL:
This patio needed some extra love to bring back the glory it once had. There was extensive rot on both the floor and many of the beams. The old floor was completely removed with new tongue and groove boards installed and thereafter three coats of poly were applied to protect it, make it shine and accentuate the wood’s natural beauty. The rotting boards were replaced and the entire patio painted. A new door and screens were installed to tie the final product together.
This is one of our favorite transformations to date and needless to say, our client was ecstatic about the final results!
BATHROOM TILE:
As you can see in the photo, a part of the hardwood flooring was removed and replaced with tile making this bathroom space not only more functional but also adding a touch of beauty, class, and charm.
ANOTHER SCREENED PATIO REMODEL:
As you can see in the photo, this screened-in porch was in desperate need of some tender love and care. With new windows, walls, doors, and siding, it not only became almost unrecognizable but was transformed from a screened-in room to a three-season room.
Seeing results like these and impressing our clients is exactly why we love what we do!
KITCHEN REMODEL:
This quaint cottage kitchen needed an upgrade that would retain its rustic charm. New cabinets, countertop, sink, faucet, subway tile backsplash, sliding window, and wall shelves were installed to give it some pizzas while still maintaining its country appeal.
We worked closely with our client to maintain their budget while giving them the biggest bang for their buck possible.
The transformation left them speechless!
CUSTOM JOBS:
Sometimes our clients have a vision yet cannot find where to purchase the products.
That is where David’s custom-building carpentry skills come in!
The custom garage door pictured here was an interesting project! The client wanted their garage door widened (so it was wide enough for a car to drive in) and replaced with a barn-style door. The parameters however would not allow for a door to simply be purchased and installed.
David custom-made a new insulated barn-style door to the client’s specifications, and then primed and installed it. The opening to the garage is now wide enough to fit a car!
This client wanted to hide their unsightly radiator and the missing flooring with a classy radiator cover which had to be custom built.
What a difference a simple cover made in this small bungalow space!
